Maryland Telehealth Interest Group: The Maryland State Office of Rural Health provides leadership for quarterly virtual meetings on the first Friday of January, April, July and October. If you would still like to attend the quarterly meetings, meeting details are available on the Maryland State Office of Rural Health website.
In addition to the regular virtual meetings, MATRC sponsors a Maryland Telehealth Basecamp Group for individuals who live and/or work in telehealth across Maryland. - Maryland Health Professions Licensing Boards: Maryland has exceptions to its licensure requirements in statute for provider consultations, sports physicians, physicians employed by the federal government, and for certain services if the service meets particular requirements. Maryland also has an expedited licensure pathway for certain out-of-state physicians.
