Rob Sprang, MBA has led the UK Telehealth initiative at the University of Kentucky since 1996 and has been involved with improving the legal and regulatory environment at both the state and federal level. It has been encouraging to see the broad adoption of telehealth. Unfortunately, it took a public health crisis to help the world recognize what we have believed for over 25 years.
