He is the CEO of Behavioral Health Innovation and Adaptive Telehealth, and founded and directs the Telebehavioral Health Center of Excellence where he tracks industry trends. Thus far Jay has led the development of 12 HIPAA-secure telemedicine software platforms, created 9 peer-reviewed telemental health training courses for national certification and created many innovative niche treatment programs.
