Position: Technology Manager of Digital Solutions at ChristianaCare's Center for Virtual Health

Gemma Lowery is the Technology Manager of Digital Solutions at ChristianaCare’s Center for Virtual Health and Telehealth Director at the University of Delaware. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare innovation, Gemma has led transformative projects in remote patient monitoring, Hospital at Home, and assistive technology integration. She is the current instructor of University of Delaware Telehealth courses, targeting high school and continuing education students.

Gemma is a new Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management and serves on multiple boards and advisory councils including MATRC, Delaware Valley HIMSS, and the American College of Health Executives. She is also a passionate mentor to global health tech startups and a consultant on telehealth legislation.  Gemma is passionate about driving digital transformation and expanding equitable healthcare access through virtual solutions
