The Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) is a proud member of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers (NCTRC), a collaborative of twelve regional and two national federally funded Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs). We see ourselves as the go-to source for unbiased, timely and accurate information about telehealth policies, best practices and advancements. In essence, a TRC is your expert companion in navigating the world of telehealth, providing invaluable guidance and support to ensure healthcare reaches everyone, regardless of where they are, with an emphasis on the needs of those serving rural and underserved communities and populations.

Established in September 2011 as one of the regional TRCs, MATRC is focused on advancing telehealth adoption and best practices across a specific geographic area.
