Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Lara Oktay was with UVA Health for 12 years as the Operations and Clinical Manager for the Karen S. Rheuban Center for Telehealth. She provided oversight for telehealth strategic program development and implementation as well as managing departmental clinical, personnel and business operations. Lara is a leader in use case and workflow development in clinical telemedicine. This has included initiatives in emergency telehealth, patient access, data collection and analysis, EHR integration, transfer management and remote patient monitoring.
